Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field.
• Deep technical expertise with container orchestration platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Team work and delivery: collaborate with a high-performing team of platform engineers.
• Platform management: run OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on GCP/Azure with high availability and security.
• Service delivery: monitor SLAs, SLOs, and MTTR to meet internal customer needs.
• Automation: drive IaC initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Strategy: align platform roadmap with business needs and user requirements.
• Incident management: troubleshoot and post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
