• Service delivery: monitor SLAs/SLOs and MTTR to meet internal customer needs.
• Automation and efficiency: drive IaC practices and repeatable processes.
• Strategy: align platform roadmap with business requirements.
• Incident Management: support troubleshooting and post-mortems.
