Job summary

Google LLC in the United States is seeking a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with Sales, differentiate Google Cloud, and act as the trusted technical advisor to customers. You will lead technical conversations, address business challenges, and drive end-to-end cloud solutions.

You will troubleshoot, conduct proofs of concepts, and present actionable architectures to executives and technical teams, helping customers adopt Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to customers.
• Serve as the customer’s primary technical partner and trusted advisor.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks, engage in proofs of concepts and demos, and use your expertise to architect cross-pillar cloud solutions.
• Drive the technical win and define the delivery and consumption plans.
• Engage with technical and business leaders, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on Google Cloud.
