Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a high-impact Partner Sales Manager to drive partner-sourced revenue within an industry-focused territory.

You will own direct quota accountability, co-sell with GSI/SI/ISV partners, and coordinate across AWS Marketplace, migration initiatives, and Generative AI opportunities. The role requires engaging executive stakeholders, shaping deals for procurement simplification, and delivering against aggressive revenue targets while aligning partner capabilities to customer

Qualifications

7+ years of technology sales, business development or equivalent experience.
Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions.
Experience working with partners through account, product or program management engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including AI-assisted writing and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own direct quota accountability across an industry-aligned territory, and close partner-delivered opportunities.
Co-sell with partners to accelerate pipeline and revenue, aligning partner capabilities to customer outcomes.
Lead migration-attached revenue and coordinate delivery partners to accelerate AWS migrations at scale.
Develop strategic partner relationships and drive pipeline through joint account planning and QBRs.
Shape partner co-sell deals through AWS Marketplace and simplify procurement for customers.
