Atmosera is seeking a seasoned leader to drive Client Operations in a fast-paced, Azure‑centric environment. You will guide a technical team, own service delivery, and champion continuous improvement to meet ambitious service objectives and client outcomes.

In this role you will collaborate across Success, Professional Services, Security, and Compliance while balancing client needs with workforce and capacity planning.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in cloud/infra operations, managed services, or service delivery, incl. 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud operations, able to guide technician/engineer teams.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff; setting expectations and career paths.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes, escalation paths, and runbooks with disciplined governance.
• Proven ability to report on KPIs, service performance, risks, and improvement priorities.
