Job summary

Atmosera is seeking a senior Client Operations leader in the United States to guide one of two peer functions—Technician or Administrator/Engineer. You will own performance, service quality, and continuous improvement for your team, partnering with the Client Operations manager to deliver a connected operating model.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of cloud/infra operations experience with at least three years in technical team management.
• Experience leading a technical support, service delivery, engineering, or operations team in a fast-paced environment with Azure expertise.
• Owns service delivery in a 24x7 environment, including staffing, shift coverage, and escalation handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to report KPIs and performance to varied stakeholders.
• Ability to pass a federal background check for Public Trust Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop employees; handle hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and 24x7 coverage.
• Oversee ticket health, workload, escalations, incident, problem, and change practices.
• Maintain clear operating procedures, technical documentation, and client runbooks.
• Ensure staff are trained, authorized, and compliant for regulated work.
• Partner with Client Success, Professional Services, Security Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate priorities, major incidents, cross-team improvements, and temporary leadership coverage.
