Atmosera seeks a seasoned Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our US delivery team. You will manage Azure environments, implement policy-based networking and security, automate deployments with PowerShell and Bicep, and act as an escalation point for complex incidents while applying ITIL practices to ensure reliable service delivery.

This full-time role offers a competitive $70,000–$90,000 salary, a strong benefits package, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support.
• Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.
• Networking platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing).
• Backup & Recovery: Configure and troubleshoot Azure Site Recovery.
• ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Preferred experience with Hyper-V and VMware.

Responsabilidades

• Networking & Security: Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Azure Expertise: 3+ years in Azure Cloud support.
• Incident Management: Escalation point; troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents using ITIL processes.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain SOPs and runbooks, including automation.
• Client Focus: Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle.
• Interface with other departments to ensure client success.
• Cloud Environment Management: Monitor and manage Azure environments, including Lighthouse.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA.
