Atmosera is seeking a Cloud Support Technician to ensure smooth operation of client Azure environments. You will troubleshoot incidents, analyze telemetry, and communicate solutions to customers in business-friendly terms.

This full-time role requires Windows/Linux knowledge, virtual servers, networking basics, and a strong desire to learn Azure. You will work with Tier-2/3 as needed and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Formación

• Experience in a help desk/service desk or systems administration role.
• Experience supporting virtual servers and troubleshooting network issues is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure or willingness to learn Azure cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents in customer Azure environments.
• Triage telemetry alerts and take action; escalate to Tier-2/3 when needed.
• Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge base for ongoing improvements.
• Communicate technically complex issues in clear business terms to clients.
