Sorenson Communications is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support reliable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will manage DNS, Active Directory, and SSL/TLS renewals, troubleshoot incidents, and work with networks, security, and apps teams to ensure service availability.

The role requires Windows/Linux production experience, on-call readiness, and strong automation skills. Travel is limited and the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years supporting enterprise infrastructure operations (Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS).
• Experience with production cloud environments or hybrid infrastructure (1+ year).
• Familiarity with certificate management (SSL/TLS) and PKI concepts.
• Strong documentation and incident response capabilities.

Mansioni

• Manage Windows & Linux production environments.
• Administer DNS services for internal/external resolution.
• Manage Active Directory objects, GPOs, authentication, replication, health.
• Perform data center tasks: server support, hardware, cabling, rack documentation.
• Coordinate SSL/TLS inventory, renewal, deployment, and monitoring.
• Support cloud environments and participate in on-call rotations.
• Troubleshoot across server, DNS, certificate, network, and cloud layers.
• Apply patching, security, backup, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain operational docs, diagrams, inventories, and records.
• Collaborate with teams for changes, capacity planning, and improvements.
• Automate tasks and write scripts to improve ops.
