Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of infrastructure services across on-premises, data center, and cloud. You will manage teams responsible for network, systems, platform, and service operations, establishing standards, processes, and documentation.

The role partners with business and tech leaders to align capabilities with priorities, improve performance, and manage risk.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive infrastructure and operations experience.
• 3 years leading technical teams with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong IAM security, patching, and incident management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compute, storage, virtualization, data center, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead modernization, migrations, and decommissioning efforts.
• Provide IAM security leadership across environments.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analysis, and escalations.
• Plan capacity, lifecycle, and risk management.
