Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support reliable, secure infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud production environments. The role manages DNS, Active Directory, and SSL/TLS renewals, performs daily operations, and collaborates with network, cloud, security, and application teams to maintain service availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations (Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, data center systems).
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting production cloud environments or hybrid infrastructure.
• Preferred Microsoft, cloud, networking, or ITSM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows & Linux production environments and monitor performance.
• Administer DNS and Active Directory services, including GPOs and domain health.
• Own SSL/TLS certificate inventory, renewal, deployment, and monitoring.
• Perform on-premises data center tasks: server support, hardware, cabling, rack documentation.
