Job summary

Sorenson Communications seeks an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support reliable, secure infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud production environments. You will manage DNS, Active Directory, and SSL/TLS renewals while handling day-to-day operations, incidents, and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting production cloud environments or hybrid infrastructure.
• Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, data center systems knowledge.
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 production-support environment and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot DNS services for internal and external name resolution.
• Manage Active Directory services including Group Policy, authentication, replication, and domain health.
• Perform on-premises data center tasks including server support, hardware installation, cabling, and rack documentation.

Education

2 Year / Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field
