Job summary

Vamonos IT is seeking a Unified Communications (UC) Delivery Analyst to analyze performance data, service trends, and workload metrics to support UC service delivery. This role provides reporting, coordination, and operational support while ensuring service quality and compliance with defined SLAs.

The successful candidate will support UC operations, incident management, and modernization initiatives, helping drive the transition to a cloud-native Microsoft Teams-based communications

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational dashboards and metrics.
• Experience supporting service delivery programs and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze UC operational data, service trends, and workload metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance measurements.
• Support service delivery and compliance with established SLAs.
• Assist with incident tracking, resolution, and service restoration efforts.
• Provide reporting insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders on service performance initiatives.
• Support modernization activities and cloud-based UC transformation programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Maintain documentation and reporting artifacts for management and customer review.
