Vacatia is seeking a Unified Communications (UCaaS) Engineer to own and modernize its cloud communications ecosystem across corporate offices, resorts, and remote employees.
You will design, deploy, and optimize UCaaS platforms while supporting contact center operations and enterprise collaboration. The role focuses on scalable voice, video, messaging, and integration with Salesforce and productivity suites.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Unified Communications (UCaaS) or cloud communications environments.
- Hands-on experience with Dialpad, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, or Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of call routing, IVRs, auto attendants, hunt groups, and SIP trunking.
- Experience integrating communications platforms with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize enterprise UCaaS platforms (Dialpad, RingCentral, Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, Amazon Connect).
- Design and maintain call flows, IVRs, auto attendants, and routing logic for customers and agents.
- Collaborate with IT, Salesforce, Customer Experience, and Ops to improve agent workflows and Service Cloud Voice capabilities.
- Monitor voice quality, SIP connectivity, and platform health; ensure high availability and DR readiness.
