Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience designing distributed systems, architecture leadership, and cross‑team initiatives.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Own platform‑level architecture and technical strategy across one or more platforms.
• Lead complex technical initiatives from discovery through delivery and operations.
• Design and implement cloud‑native software with key integrations (Jira Align, Bitbucket, GitHub).
• Architect and build backend services, GraphQL APIs, and modern React UIs.
• Mentor engineers across teams and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Set non‑functional standards (security, performance, observability) and enforce SLOs/SLAs.
