Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years experience or Master’s with 2+ years experience.
• 3+ years designing, developing, testing, and reviewing Java applications.
• 1+ years as Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team in large-scale software org.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% hands-on software engineering: design, develop, test, review, deploy, and maintain production-quality cloud-native Java microservices.
• Approximately 50% Scrum Master responsibilities: facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, assist team delivery.
• Leverage DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern tooling to accelerate secure software delivery.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer and stakeholders to report status, risks, and progress.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-team collaboration for sprint success.
