Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 4+ years of experience OR Master’s with 2+ years in software development.
• 3+ years designing, developing, testing, and reviewing Java applications.
• 1+ years as Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team in a large-scale environment.
• Experience with web front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, and Spring ecosystem.
• Linux, Git or Subversion, and IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a regulated setting.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain SF‑85 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, review, and maintain production-quality cloud-native Java microservices.
• Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate secure software delivery.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer and stakeholders to report status and risks.
• Assist deployment and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-team collaboration.
