Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.

The role drives technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services, partnering with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise and commercial clients using VMware by Broadcom technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong data governance and security controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
