SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the VMware Broadcom Cloud Foundation services. You will oversee technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations for enterprise clients.

You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers and partner with sales and delivery leadership to ensure secure, high-impact outcomes with Broadcom VCF technologies.

• Experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams.
• Excellent relationship management with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements.
• Strong understanding of business processes to support strategic decision-making.

Mansioni

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice, ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.
• Define and evolve the technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales for complex engagements.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead creation of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
