Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations, partnering with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, high-impact outcomes for enterprise and corporate clients using VMware by Broadcom technologies.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Broadcom VMware services engagements and delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership of consultative delivery teams across multiple streams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
