Swooped is seeking an experienced IT leader to administer SaaS apps (M365, Google Workspace) and act as a Level 2/3 service desk escalation for core IT services. You will drive a cloud-first, scalable IT platform and coordinate with MSP partners on migrations and cyber controls.

You will partner with the Director, IT and leadership to implement standards, manage assets, and optimize vendor contracts while ensuring security and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration or end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with M365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience migrating cloud tenants and consolidations.
• Ability to implement ITIL-based service delivery and cybersecurity controls.
• Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft, Azure, Google, ITIL, CompTIA).

Responsabilités
