Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with PowerShell automation for cloud apps.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Create PowerShell scripts to monitor and manage cloud resources.
• Monitor performance, usage, and security across cloud environments.
• Document procedures and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with senior admins on best practices for data protection and compliance.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets related to SharePoint, files, and collaboration tools.
• Participate in team meetings and cloud infra improvement initiatives.
