Job summary

Interlaced is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the San Diego area to support the Fleet Team with asset management, procurement of IT hardware, and streamlined workflows. The role is hybrid, with one remote day per week depending on workload, and requires a dedicated home office and stable internet.

Typical hours are 7am–4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will handle provisioning, inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and end-user support to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Knowledge of asset management and IT hardware procurement.
• Ability to interact with clients at all levels, from front desk to executives.
• Familiarity with MDM/RMM systems and basic IT terminology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate device provisioning and asset tracking to maintain accurate records.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory across client fleets and stock.
• Coordinate procurement queues: quotes, orders and client communications.
• Liaise with vendors and carriers to resolve order or shipment issues.
• Support end users via Zoom, Slack, and email; maintain SLA adherence.
