Job summary

Interlaced is seeking a Full-time Logistics Coordinator in San Diego to oversee device provisioning, asset management, and end-to-end shipment logistics. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping, and support end users via Zoom, Slack, and email while ensuring compliance with data destruction and e-waste disposal processes.

The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex solutions for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate white-glove device provisioning, including app installation and packaging to Interlaced's visual standards
• Maintain accurate serial number, asset tag, and location data across client fleets and sellable stock through physical counts and MDM/RMM audits
• Manage shipping and receiving of devices and IT-adjacent hardware
• Communicate internally and externally via calls, email, and instant messaging regarding hardware, procurement, and inventory questions
• Own device retrieval workflows, from prepaid shipping labels to processing returned devices
• Assess, wipe, and image received workstations; recommend redeploy, repair, or retirement based on condition
• Manage and escal e ticket queues to maintain SLAs
• Liaise with FedEx, TD SYNNEX, Apple, and CSC vendor/carrier support to resolve order and shipment issues
• Support end users with fleet-related requests via Zoom, Slack, and email
• Own the procurement queue: identify hardware sales opportunities, build quotes, place orders, and communicate details to clients
• Track and reconcile asset lifecycle data from procurement through retirement
• Coordinate domestic and international shipment logistics, including customs, insurance, and carrier compliance
• Manage chain-of-custody documentation for devices in transit, storage, and disposition
• Conduct device disposition and refresh projects with vendors/recyclers for certified data destruction and e-waste disposal
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points for consumables
• Analyze asset utilization reports and recommend refresh strategies
• Optimize warehouse organization and pick, pack, and ship workflows
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce provisioning and retrieval turnaround time
• Meet KPIs including 98% CSAT, resolution SLA ≥95%, response time under 15 minutes, at least 25 tickets resolved, fewer than 10 stale tickets, average ticket age under 10, and crush rate ≥100%
