Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT and security services provider, is hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator in the San Diego area. The role supports the Fleet Team, manages asset provisioning, and oversees procurement, shipping, and inventory for diverse client environments.

The position emphasizes technical literacy, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex solutions for end users. It offers a hybrid schedule with occasional remote work and a stable daytime Pacific Time

Qualifications

• The candidate has a technical skill-set and stays up to date with the latest technology trends.
• Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes is essential.
• The candidate must be personable and able to interact with every level of a client2s business, from front desk to CEO.
• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate white-glove device provisioning and standardization of installation.
• Maintain accurate asset data across client fleets and perform audits.
• Manage shipping/receiving of devices and IT hardware.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders via calls, email, and chat.
• Own procurement queues: build quotes, place orders, and relay details to clients.
• Track asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement for audit readiness.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipment logistics and customs compliance.
• Support end users with fleet-related requests via Zoom, Slack, and email.
• Improve provisioning/retrieval workflows to reduce turnaround time.
