Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshooting network issues and responding to operational incidents affecting service availability.
• On-call duties and participation in scheduled maintenance and change management.
• Contributing to documentation and process improvements via issue analysis.
• Assisting in interviewing, training and onboarding new team members.
