Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, deploy, automate, and operate cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure.

You will define cloud standards, governance, and optimize cloud spend while delivering platform capabilities. Responsibilities include building complete cloud environments, implementing security controls, and maintaining IaC using Terraform or similar tools.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to build complete cloud environments from scratch, especially in AWS GovCloud.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using Python or similar languages.
• Understanding of CI/CD, version control, automation pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Must be a US Citizen and willing to work on-site in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS GovCloud and Azure.
• Implement secure, scalable, highly available cloud environments using IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
