Job summary

Northflank Ltd. is hiring an Account Executive to drive adoption of our cloud-native platform among engineering teams in the US, UK, and beyond. You will own the full cycle from prospecting to close, translating complex tech needs into tailored, measurable outcomes for CTOs and platform leaders.

The role rewards deep technical engagement, collaboration with product and marketing, and a willingness to experiment with a growing, remote-first GTM. Expect travel for key opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years closing cloud infrastructure or platform tools deals.
• Proven ability to build trust with engineering stakeholders and hit quota.
• Comfort selling to CTOs, VPEs and platform leaders; technical credibility required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle: identify prospects, demo, negotiate, and close.
• Consultative selling: translate technical pain into tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product to refine messaging.
• Iterate the sales playbook and travel for key meetings and events.
