Job summary

Quant Blueprint LLC is seeking a thought leader for architecture and development of a compute platform for HPC workloads. This role emphasizes improving observability and requires expertise in designing large-scale observability solutions.

The candidate should have advanced experience with cloud platforms, Python, and distributed systems, contributing to high-quality solutions and leading design discussions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience using Python or another object-oriented language.
• 4+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of large-scale production systems.
• 3+ years of experience in developing large, high-performance, distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience building cloud native solutions on public cloud (AWS preferred).
• Self-motivated and ability to translate technical direction into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Research group to define requirements for observability systems.
• Lead technical design discussions to gather feedback and reach consensus on architecture.
• Develop high-quality solutions for the compute platform in on-premise and AWS.
• Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines with testing.
