Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience with server hardware in internet operations or design/test environment.
• 10+ years in server hardware systems.
• Experience triaging and debugging hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience mentoring technicians/engineers.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for compute, storage, and GPU platforms in data centers and cloud capacity.
• Escalate and drive hardware/software investigation to resolution.
• Identify systemic hardware issues within and across clouds.
• Represent reliability expectations to cloud providers with evidence.
• Apply cloud findings to Meta platform work for faster diagnosis.
• Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for hardware platforms.
• Lead complex investigations across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and power.
• Analyze global server health to mitigate impact.
• Collaborate with HW Engineering and Production teams for mass production.
