Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced hardware engineering leader to own and optimize compute, storage, and GPU platforms across its data center fleet. You will diagnose systemic issues, work with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements from production test to end of life.

You will engage with cloud providers, guide RCA/CA activities, and ensure platform reliability at scale in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience mentoring technicians and engineers.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for compute, storage, and accelerator platforms in global data centers.
• Act as deep escalation point for cloud hardware issues and drive investigations to resolution.
• Identify systemic hardware issues across cloud providers and craft evidence-based reports.
• Collaborate with HW Eng, Release to Production, and Systems Integration for mass production.
