Job summary

Meta is seeking a forward-thinking IT professional with leadership experience in server hardware, high-performance compute, storage, accelerators (GPU), and networking for data center environments. You will own lifecycle from production testing to end-of-life, diagnosing issues and driving improvements across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include globally driving complex investigations, partnering with hardware and software teams, and ensuring robust feedback to engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computational field or engineering equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience with server hardware in internet operations or hardware design/test.
• Experience triaging and debugging hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for compute, storage, and GPU platforms in Meta data centers.
• End-to-end lifecycle ownership from hard‑ware testing to decommissioning.
• Lead complex investigations across hardware, software/firmware, networking, power and cooling.
• Analyze fleet health to identify systemic issues and mitigate impact.
• Collaborate with HW Eng, Release-to-Production, and Systems Integration teams.
• Provide early risk identification and contribute test methods for new hardware.
• Act as product leader for specific server/storage platforms in mass production.
• Perform RCA and ensure timely alerts and fixes to operations.
