DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Manager, Cloud Freight Operations to lead day-to-day execution of Cloud Freight Operations and oversee HRHV freight for cloud computing customers. You will guide carrier sales, dispatch, and account management, developing teams and translating priorities into measurable results.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in freight brokerage/transportation operations; 7+ preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
Experience with high-risk, high-value (HRHV) freight preferred.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and transportation technology.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Cloud Operations across carrier sales, dispatch, and account management.
Develop and coach managers and team members, set expectations and performance standards.
Ensure staffing, workload management, and effective communication across teams.
Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Support HRHV freight execution and customer service excellence.
Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and scalability.
