Job summary

DSV, a global freight forwarding and logistics leader, seeks an Operational Account Manager, Cloud Freight Operations in Lancaster, TX. You will own day-to-day execution for high-value freight supporting cloud computing customers within our domestic brokerage operation, combining hands-on operations with key account management.

You will build transportation solutions with carriers and internal teams, provide pricing guidance, monitor shipments, and lead business reviews to expand relationships

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred.
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or account management.
Experience with TMS and carrier negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for cloud computing customers and develop long-term relationships.
Manage day-to-day freight brokerage activities for assigned accounts.
Coordinate movement of HRHV freight from pickup to final delivery, maintaining visibility.
Review shipment requests and identify transportation solutions based on requirements and pricing.
