Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring an Operational Account Manager, Cloud Freight Operations in Lancaster, TX. You will own day-to-day execution for high-risk, high-value freight, interacting with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll analyze transportation spend and service performance, lead customer reviews, and grow existing relationships by expanding lanes and services. Strong brokerage or logistics experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, account management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for cloud computing customers with proactive communication.
• Manage day-to-day freight brokerage activities for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate movement of HRHV freight from pickup to final delivery with visibility.
• Review requests to propose transportation solutions based on service and pricing.
• Negotiate rates and service requirements with carriers and providers.
