Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice and drive delivery excellence across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud offerings.

You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, set technical standards, and partner with sales to shape offerings for enterprise clients. This remote US role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve the technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere solutions.
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement.
Lead creation and maintenance of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
