Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and scale the VMware Broadcom VCF services practice.

You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services for enterprise clients. You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers while partnering with sales and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
Experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager).
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
