Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the VMware-based Cloud Foundation services practice.

This role owns technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services using VMware by Broadcom’s SDDC solutions. The Services Manager partners closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure the practice delivers high impact, secure, and scalable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 20%).
• Strong data governance and security controls in solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and presales readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor for VCF strategy and execution.
