Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Foundation Services Manager for its Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation practice. This remote, full-time role leads delivery across VCF infrastructure modernization and Hybrid Cloud projects, guiding architects, consultants, and engineers.

You will partner with sales, shape offerings, ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients, and drive continuous improvement within the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services.
• Mentor and develop Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development for Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings.
• Monitor delivery performance and drive improvements.
• Create reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
