Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead cloud financial management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑premises. You will own the FinOps function, drive cost visibility, forecasting, and governance while partnering with engineering, finance, and procurement.

This hands‑on leadership role requires building a scalable operating model and maturing cost strategy. The role reports to Technology leadership and involves no direct reports, with potential future headcount as

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and allocation taxonomies.
• Experience with commitment portfolios and vendor negotiations.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cost visibility, allocation & reporting across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Optimization of cloud workloads, licenses, and commitments.
• Forecasting and finance partnership for budgets and reforecasts.
• Develop FinOps governance, enablement, and maturity initiatives.
