Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Inc. seeks a Cloud Experience Manager to lead and coordinate cloud operations within the CORE group. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage lifecycle activities from onboarding through renewals, and ensure governance across regional teams in a global cloud environment.

The role emphasizes risk management, service quality, and proactive improvements, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and customer satisfaction in a SaaS context.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL environments; ITIL cert is desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle project management.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud operations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of security, compliance and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional CORE governance for operations management.
• Oversee customer engagement from onboarding to renewal and offboarding.
• Manage risk and issue planning, analysis and responses.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review contracts to identify risks, opportunities and obligations.
• Coordinate customer support and project scope to meet objectives.
• Drive clear stakeholder communication for outages and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement ideas within operations.
• Track project costs and inform leadership of escalations.
