Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Cloud Implementation Architect to support our Managed Services global business. You will enable cloud and on-prem solutions, troubleshoot Varian Applications Suite, and lead monitoring and automation efforts across Azure and Windows-based technologies.

The role emphasizes onboarding, migration, and collaboration with service, operations, network, DevOps, product management, and security teams. North American hours to align customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT/Cloud experience, or 10+ years in IT/Cloud support.
• 2+ years installing or supporting Varian Applications Suite (ARIA, Eclipse, AURA, Velocity, IEM/AC).
• Ability to manage under pressure and communicate complex solutions clearly.
• Experience with Windows Server OS, Citrix, Active Directory, and IAM/Access controls.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incidents, Changes, Problems, Requests).

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, migration, and support services for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Troubleshoot Varian Applications Suite and underlying technologies.
• Lead monitoring upgrades and installations for Azure/Windows technologies.
• Document solutions and enable proactive incident detection.
• Coordinate workload and escalations with cross‑functional teams.
