The role requires extensive experience in ITIL-enabled environments, enterprise SaaS/cloud operations, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Experience in ITIL environment; ITIL Certification desirable.
Minimum 7 years in full-cycle project management.
Experience managing SaaS or Cloud Operations in an enterprise environment.
Experience in managing application support projects.
Customer-facing operations and PLM software experience are an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational risk management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain the operational governance within the regional CORE team.
Manage the customer engagement from onboarding to SAAS, renewals, and offboarding.
Handle risk and issue management: planning, analysis, response, and control.
Monitor project progress; resolve issues and drive corrective actions.
Review contracts and derive actions on risks and obligations.
Manage customer support requirements and project scope to meet objectives.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues; manage expectations.
Lead communication for outages and escalations; be the point of contact for CORE leadership.
Drive innovation and improvements in operations.
Track project cost escalations and inform leadership.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage service health dashboards and operational reporting for leadership.
Oversee capacity planning, environment management, and release readiness.
Support escalations and executive-level service reviews.
