Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior Product Engineer (Deployment & Platform Experience) to shape the deployment journey for Graph Studio and Lakehouse across cloud and customer-managed environments. You’ll work with Product Management, DevOps, Services, QA, Security and Engineering to remove deployment friction and establish consistent workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native deployment and infrastructure automation.
• Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and container technologies in production.
• Proficient in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of identity and security management (Keycloak, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SAML, cloud IAM).
• Ability to design enterprise-scale automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the deployment experience roadmap for Graph Studio and Graph Lakehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment across cloud, Kubernetes, authentication, networking, observability and security.
• Translate feedback into clear, prioritized roadmap requirements for deployment.
• Define consistent deployment patterns for AWS, Azure, OpenShift and customer-managed Kubernetes environments.
• Develop requirements across Kubernetes deployments, Helm charts, Operators, container lifecycle management, high-availability configurations, storage, service mesh, networking, load balancers and ingress controllers.
• Validate cloud-native deployment architectures across supported environments.
• Shape requirements for Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and CI/CD integration, environment provisioning and cluster onboarding.
• Partner with Services teams to scale automation approaches into operational patterns.
• Define and validate requirements across Keycloak, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SAML, RBAC, Kubernetes service accounts, Azure Managed Identity, AWS IAM and least-privilege deployment patterns.
• Drive requirements for centralized logging, Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, dashboards and production troubleshooting workflows.
• Create reference deployment architectures and supported deployment blueprints.
• Develop operational guidance to share knowledge and reduce reliance on individual expertise.
