Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Program Manager for Cloud Engineering to own headcount planning, requisition operations, and people programs. You will partner with Recruiting, Finance, and HR to align headcount with business needs and scale operations across multiple sites.

You will run all-hands events, intern programs, and manager enablement while driving process automation and standardization. This role requires deep program leadership and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, or people operations.
• Direct experience owning headcount or workforce planning operations: requisitions, position management, and reconciliation across teams.
• Proven track record running large-audience programs (500+).
• Advanced spreadsheet ability and automation instinct (Apps Script, APIs, AI tooling).
• Ability to drive precise requests from senior engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount and requisition operations for Cloud Engineering in partnership with Recruiting and Finance.
• Coordinate all-hands and org events across sites (SF, Dublin, Tel Aviv).
• Lead interns and early-career programs, mentor matching, and conversions.
• Build and own operating rhythm, communications, and change-management plans for rollouts.
• Replace repetitive processes with forms, scripts, dashboards, and scheduled reminders.
