Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Deployment to lead the organization responsible for physically and logically bringing our global network online. You will own the deployment team's people, process, and delivery across a growing portfolio of concurrent global builds, partnering with leadership to turn strategy into reliable execution.

You will manage a team across sites, shape standards, and drive capacity planning, with a focus on scalable architectures and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering or data center deployment.
• Experience managing managers or senior engineers at scale.
• Proven ability to own delivery across multi-site projects.
• Strong grasp of data-center networking and standards.
• Experience with vendor and partner management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the deployment organization across sites and time zones.
• Own on-time, zero-defect delivery for concurrent site builds.
• Translate deployment strategy into execution plans.
• Run executive-level cadence and risk reporting.
• Define reference architectures for frontend and backend networks.
• Coach and develop next layer of technical leaders.
