My client is a leading DoD contractor specializing in technology advisory and execution for mission-critical government agencies, including defense, federal, and state agencies. They are currently hiring an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer for a 6-month contract (with possible extension).

Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions for enterprise applications.
2. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with government regulations.
3. Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
4. Develop and maintain automation scripts for cloud provisioning and management.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement disaster recovery solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration and integration projects.
7. Maintain documentation on cloud architecture, security policies, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
2. 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering.
3. Oracle Cloud certification (OCI Architect Associate or higher).
4. Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and automation.
5. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
6. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
7. Familiarity with government security standards and compliance frameworks.
