EPAM Systems seeks a Cloud Engagement Lead for its Google Business Group to drive end-to-end cloud modernization and AI-enabled transformation for global clients. You will lead cross-functional deals, coordinate with Google Cloud field teams, and guide senior client stakeholders through complex initiatives.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic deal shaping, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in ambiguity while fostering co-sell motions and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation.
• Recent focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs.
• Exposure to multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, Power & Energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities end-to-end — qualification, deal shaping, technical solutioning and win strategy.
• Act as pursuit leader on strategic deals, coordinating solution architects, delivery and EPAM Business Units.
• Lead workshops with client & Google teams to advance a pursuit and build joint GTM motions.
• Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements within assigned verticals; drive pipeline and cadence.
• Embed in top accounts: build joint EPAM–Google Cloud account strategies and land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data, and AI.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (VP to C level), positioning EPAM as a long-term transformation partner.
