Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Demand Generation Representative in Austin to drive top-of-funnel activity, source nets new contacts, and partner with Account Teams to grow pipeline using AWS solutions.

You will own high volume prospecting, build relationships across levels, and leverage CRM and outbound campaigns to create opportunities while expanding services with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• 1+ years in technology sales, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are defined.
• Leverage product knowledge to meet customer needs and drive pipeline.
• Achieve targets for contacts sourced, leads qualified, calls, meetings, and opportunities.
• Drive new business via outbound campaigns and inbound opportunities.
• Expand services within existing customers through account planning and territory management.
• Track activity and build a pipeline using Salesforce.
