Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years building data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience IT business analysis and artifacts development.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into data models and transformations.
• Experience with Data Quality, Metadata or Reference Data Management.
• Problem solving in complex environments and cross-functional facilitation.
• Passion for consumer-focused organizations; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Lead design, development, testing and operationalization of solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and governance.
• Deliver executive-ready status updates and recommendations.
• Contribute to Databricks-based development (table builds, transformations).
• Partner with IT for implementation and production readiness.
• Identify gaps in data foundation capabilities and advise leadership.
• Research cloud data practices in governance and data foundations.
• Define, monitor and remediate Data Quality controls.
• Support metadata management and reference data onboarding.
